When you purchase a paid subscription via the Apple App Store, the purchase contract for digital content is concluded directly between you and Apple Inc. The management of subscriptions, as well as any withdrawals or refunds, are handled exclusively by Apple.
You generally have the right to withdraw from a contract concluded via the App Store within fourteen days without giving any reason. For digital content – such as our app subscription – the right of withdrawal may expire, however, if the execution of the contract (e.g., by unlocking the bots) has already begun after you have expressly consented and simultaneously confirmed that you lose your right of withdrawal.
